CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GIFTS™ PROGRAMS

The format is a facilitated co-learning experience that embodies the collaborative (co
laboratory) concept central to the GIFTS™ leadership vision.

The programs are based on a multi-disciplinary approach that has clear 
social and business value creation. As a result, people in organizations are able to manage the change effectively, resiliently while creating something new in terms of their social, product or services innovation within an organization.

The participant-centered approach is built on a framework of incorporating “Whole Person Learning” and the “Theory-U” process.

Participants identify their challenges and their own assumptions. Through deep reflection and listening, they emerge with insights. Strengthened by conscious communication, they immerse themselves in rapid prototyping of their own implementation process. At the end of each learning program, accountability partnering is key to bringing new products, services or ways of living and working.
